1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EdgeForever (“the Service”), operated by EdgeForever (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or in-product notice.

2. Description of Service

EdgeForever is an AI-powered reputation management platform that monitors online reviews, generates automated responses, provides sentiment analysis, and delivers business intelligence. The Service is provided via our web application at app.edgeforever.com. Features vary by subscription tier (Snapshot, Edge Plan, Edge Pro, Enterprise).

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you register.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are displayed on our pricing page at edgeforever.com/pricing. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Annual subscriptions retain access through the end of the annual period.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at their current rate until the next renewal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: post fraudulent, misleading, or fake reviews or responses; harass, defame, or threaten any person; violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Service; use the Service to scrape, collect, or redistribute data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms; or resell access to the Service without written authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

EdgeForever uses artificial intelligence to draft review responses, analyze sentiment, and generate business insights. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published to any third-party platform. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated responses that you choose to publish.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Business Profile and Google Maps. These integrations are subject to the terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or availability that may affect the functionality of the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, brand elements, and documentation, is owned by EdgeForever and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeForever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved through the use of AI-generated content or business intelligence features.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
